My name is John Anthony, and I am an expert in small to medium size business IT Infrastructure and management.

I have spent over a decade being a mixture of an IT contractor, systems administrator and client I team manager in an MSP environment.

With over a decade of experience in IT, I’ve worn many hats: contractor, systems administrator, and client-side team manager within a fast-paced MSP environment.

My technical journey spans everything from on-premises Exchange management to full-scale migrations into Microsoft 365 and Intune. I’ve led onboarding projects that transitioned entire firms from legacy infrastructure to modern cloud environments. I’ve also managed Citrix-based remote platforms for clients, overseeing their daily IT operations with precision and care.

I’m fluent in remote management tools like ConnectWise Control and NinjaRMM, and I use PowerShell to automate and streamline routine tasks. Over the years, I’ve deployed, maintained, and retired a wide range of Windows Server environments.

Today, my primary role is as a trusted advisor to non-technical decision-makers—particularly within legal firms—helping them navigate complex technology choices with confidence and clarity.
